If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by us as this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
For the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.
Hotel accommodation: Retention charges on cancellation based on Check-in dates
1) Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.s
2) 30 to 21 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour costs.
3) 21 to less than 7 days -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.s
4) No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.s
5) Token Amount is Non – Refundables
In case of cancellations caused by force majeure circumstances, the refund will be processed in the form of a credit shell.
Visa Services: Upon submission, processing, or issuance of a visa by the respective embassy/consulate, such services shall be deemed non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Air Tickets: In the event of cancellation, any refund received from the respective airline shall be passed on to the client strictly in the form of a credit shell. No cash or bank refunds shall be applicable.
Hotel Bookings: In case of cancellation, any partial or full refund received from the hotel shall be issued to the client in the form of a credit shell equivalent to the refunded amount. No cash or bank refunds shall be applicable.
